Choose Wholey Green Wellness because I have a well rounded background, I am an athlete, a medical clinician,  nationally recognized and certified health and wellness coach, a certified trainer and yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner(traditional medicine), a conduit for healing energy, and a life long student who continues to evolve to my best self. I am a person who believes that making your wellness a priority is not selfish but rather self care. I have worked with people who have struggled with a variety of health and fitness issues. Technology has changed the landscape of our work and our personal life. I enjoy helping people who feel overwhelmed, under slept, fatigued, and out of balance. I believe we can always improve our overall wellness and by default the wellness of those around us. I believe in building a strong mind, a strong body, and a strong spirit to deal with life’s challenges.

Corporate Wellness: Providing customized programs to organizations based on the needs of the organization’s team members. Mindfulness techniques, nutrition workshops, stress relief techniques, fitness and more are available to support the team to be more productive and energetic throughout the day. Small Group Coaching: As a small group coaching member there is a community to help you address and get creative with what is working and or not working. There is real science behind small habit change and sustainable change within groups as individuals feel accountable to the coach and the members. In a dynamic group we push one another to the edge where real change lives. Groups of like minded folks on a journey really allow for real expansion and change. In the groups we work with weight issues, life balance, and how to create ease so we have energy to really be present in our lives and live our best lives. Health and Wellness Coaching: As a certified Health and Wellness Coach I will work with you to create goals to help you reach your health goals. It is a journey that is usually 3 months. Three months is a good length of time to create new patterns and behaviors that better support you. Three months is a commitment that seems manageable but some people continue coaching to keep things fresh on a keep that momentum going while change is happening. Certainly it can continue if there is an interest in continuing a transformation. I am committed to supporting you and helping you find the best and most balanced version of yourself. Ayurvedic Consultation and Treatment: Using the sister science of yoga we look at the whole being and cultivating wellness to prevent disease. We use the four pillars of health which are sleep, meditation, elimination and purification to balance the mind and body. Ayurveda recognizes that we are affected by the environments we live in. Using this ancient wisdom we can work to restore balance in the body and renew energy that we might feel is depleted from the chaotic world we live in. Yoga: I love teaching and sharing yoga as it has many of the qualities that support a sense of true well being. Yoga helps us to find inner stillness among the chaos that everyday can bring, it helps us learn to be patient and kind to ourselves, and it helps cultivate a community. I use my clinical background and my love of yoga to keep yoga safe, fun, and help you build a practice that will support you for years to come. Rolling out the mat builds balance between right and left sides of the body, strength and flexibility, and builds the connection between body and mind. Reiki Master: Reiki is an ancient healing art which helps move and restore energies. Healing energy can be given directly to a person, it can be sent to a person or situation and it can be used to heal the pain that the past may have caused. It is based on a true sense on interconnectedness and universal energy flow sometimes referred to as pure consciousness. Energy and its vibrational flow are directed by reiki to provide the greatest good. The universal force directs the energy that comes though this modality. Reiki can be done in groups such as yoga or small groups or on an individual basis.

Certified Personal Trainer: Certified ISSA personal trainer. As an athlete I know the importance of proper form and frequency to foster our best performance. Strength and flexibility are both need to be in balance and prevent injury. I believe putting forth a serious effort which results in you finding and working on you edge rather than the “no pain, no gain” philosophy
