As we find ourselves in the colder and drier temperature we tend to feel more unsettled. It’s time for warming spices in our cups and on our plates. Also those scents to help us feel a sense of grounding and centeredness. A lovely and easy way to start is to make a tea with any combination of star anise, clove, ginger, cinnamon, cardamon and black pepper. This will ground you but also keep digestion active and effective which means we are getting our nutrients and keeping undigested gunk out of the system which helps with better sleep and immunity.
