Feeling ungrounded or having trouble sleeping try tumeric milk. Start with 1 cup milk warm in sauce pan add1.5tsp tumeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp each cardamom, ginger and nutmeg and pinch of black pepper. Add 1 tsp or raw sugar, honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Drink 1hr prior to bed. Enjoy
